Ibiza Convention Bureau concludes its first-half international promotion at The Meetings Space Summer
The Ibiza Convention Bureau (ICB) concluded an active first half of the year with its participation in The Meetings Space Summer (TMS), held in Lisbon from 2–4 July. As one of the regular events on the Bureau's international calendar, TMS provides an important platform to connect with meeting planners, event agencies and business event professionals from key European markets.
Over two productive days, the ICB team held a full schedule of one-to-one meetings, presenting Ibiza's latest developments and showcasing the island's strengths as a destination for meetings, conferences, incentive travel and corporate events. These appointments also offered an opportunity to strengthen relationships with existing partners and establish new connections with international buyers.
A key focus throughout the event was reinforcing Ibiza's position as a year-round MICE destination. With its high-quality hospitality infrastructure, versatile venues, excellent international accessibility and distinctive Mediterranean experiences, Ibiza continues to attract organisations looking for inspiring locations for business events beyond the traditional summer season.
Participation in The Meetings Space Summer forms part of the Ibiza Convention Bureau's wider international strategy to promote the destination in priority markets, attract high-value events and support the sustainable growth of Ibiza's meetings industry.
The event also marked the conclusion of a particularly active first semester, during which the Bureau participated in a wide range of international workshops, forums, trade events and B2B meetings across Europe. These initiatives play a key role in increasing Ibiza's visibility within the global MICE industry and generating new opportunities for the destination.
This participation was made possible through the support provided by the Consell d'Eivissa, whose continued commitment helps strengthen Ibiza's international positioning as one of the Mediterranean's leading destinations for meetings, conferences, incentive travel and corporate events.
