Ibiza promotes its events provision at the Meedex fair

Ibiza took part in the Meedex fair in Paris on 3 and 4 April.The event, held in the Carrousel du Louvre, is France’s leading international fair in the meetings, conventions and incentives sector.

Now in its fifth year, the forum attracted 300 international exhibitors from 60 different countries, plus around 1400 international buyers, including 200 hosted buyers from France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland and Monaco invited by the Meedex organisers. They were joined by 1200 visitors from Paris and the surrounding area plus 80 buyers from other countries.The fair mainly attracts event organising firms and travel managers based in large companies.

Ibiza Convention Bureau undertook a full working programme that included around ten meetings with French-speaking potential clients, who were shown the services available on the island to cater for the MICE market and the possibilities open to them for holding all kinds of events in Ibiza.
