Chef Ángel León, holder of four Michelin Stars, opens pop up restaurant at hotel ME Ibiza

Hotel ME Ibiza has opened the doors this summer to Radio Rooftop Bar & Ángel León, an innovative gastro concept devised by the renowned chef Ángel León, awarded four Michelin Stars and the National Gastronomy Prize.

Radio Rooftop Bar & Ángel León will offer a journey through the iconic creations of the "Chef of the Sea", bringing his tavern concept to Ibiza and conveying each and every one of his influences in the creations. The fanciful proposals in the form of tapas by the owner and head chef of the restaurant Aponiente (El Puerto de Santa María, Cadiz), are coming to ME Ibiza with a complete range of new flavours and aromas.

 

The space, divided into different settings and only open for dinner, is launching its open kitchen every day from sunset, beginning in June and running for five months.

Radio Rooftop Bar & Ángel León is already one of the main options for the season, and it will result in a real revolution within the gastronomic offer of the island of Ibiza.
