SIX SENSES IBIZA

Located just 35 minutes from the airport, Six Senses Ibiza sits at the tranquil and private northern tip of the island. Perched above the crystal-clear bay of Xarraca Bay, the resort stands out for its honey-toned, nature-inspired architecture, which blends harmoniously with the organically shaped cliffs and lush green contours of this unspoiled landscape.

Ibiza is a destination that has always followed its own rhythm, attracting free spirits and changemakers captivated by its beauty, its light, and the island’s natural pulse. Six Senses Ibiza perfectly captures this authentic essence and the deep longing for community, spirituality, and celebration.

The First BREEAM-Certified Sustainable Hotel

Six Senses Ibiza is committed to offering a dynamic program of experiences celebrating music, art, fashion, pioneering wellness, sustainability, culinary exploration, and culture. Younger guests are also at the heart of the experience, with exclusive Grow With Six Senses programs. A strong commitment to sustainability has led the resort to become the first hotel in the Balearic Islands to achieve BREEAM certification.

The resort has established a Sustainability Fund dedicated to supporting local organizations and businesses that generate positive social and environmental impact. A fixed 0.5% of the resort’s total revenue is allocated to this fund, supporting initiatives focused on local community education, collaboration with nature conservation organizations, and the fight against plastic pollution.

The full-time Sustainability Team, responsible for driving these initiatives, is based at the Earth Lab — the heart of sustainability at Six Senses Ibiza. Filled with Ibizan colors and aromas, the Earth Lab offers workshops where guests can create natural products such as toothpaste, deodorants, and soaps using organic ingredients. Food preservation workshops also teach traditional and healthy methods for keeping food fresh naturally. In this space, guests learn how to reduce consumption and consciously support local communities and surrounding ecosystems.

Farm Learning Center: A New Commitment to Regenerative Living

La Granja, a 400-year-old, 12-hectare estate overseen by the resort’s farmer and permaculturist, Kobi — who supplies fresh, organic produce to the property — is a central pillar of Six Senses Ibiza’s sustainable DNA. This year, the Learning Center will be launched, a space dedicated to immersive education in nature, wellness, and local traditions.

In 2025, Six Senses Ibiza embarks on an ambitious new chapter in regenerative living with the launch of the Learning Center at La Granja — an immersive space for education, connection, and holistic well-being. Developed in three phases (2025–2027), this initiative will be partially funded by the resort’s Sustainability Fund, reinforcing Six Senses’ commitment to conscious travel.

Designed as a living classroom, the center will offer hands-on experiences celebrating nature, wellness, and local traditions. Guests will be transported in electric vehicles, ensuring a low-impact journey. A youth program and potential collaborations with NGOs are also being planned to extend the center’s reach beyond the resort.

Beyond education, the center will host a dynamic calendar of weekly activities, including forest bathing, sound healing, yoga, and seasonal harvesting experiences — each designed to foster a deeper connection with the land. The space will also be available for private events, offering a unique setting for gatherings aligned with its ethos of sustainability and conscious living.
