For this reason, the restaurant La Mar de Santa is the best combination for an unforgettable experience. It’s located in one of the best areas of Ibiza in the small, secluded cove of Ses Estaques, in Santa Eulalia del Rio. Next to the marina port, enjoys a very select tourism that are looking for tranquility, nature and authenticity. You can relax and eat in front of the sea, with a view of Formentera and with a nice breeze that blows through the numerous Sabinas trees.

GASTRONOMY

Our identity is the result of fusing a modern Mediterranean gastronomy and of great quality with more of a Ibizian traditional dishes, thanks to our chef Vicens Ferrer, known on the island for the quality of its rice dishes and traditional stews. Fresh fish from our coast, to delicious rices. Salads, meats and, as a counterpoint, modern and original desserts... An honest kitchen where the protagonist remains in the hands of the product of closeness.

BEACH BAR             

After tasting our Mediterranean dishes, you can get closer to the Beach Bar and finish the meal with the best cocktails. Located right in front of the restaurant, with the Sabinas trees as a backdrop of the vast Mediterranean beauty, it truly’s a perfect place to relax and spend the afternoon, either as a couple or with friends…
