Hotel Vibra Algarb

The Vibra Algarb hotel has two meeting spaces with different capacities: Wanda Room and Mistral Room, both with natural light and complete equipment for each event.

The meeting room, Wanda Room, of the Hotel Vibra Algarb, located on the seafront in Playa d'n Bossa (Ibiza), is a multifunctional space perfect for holding corporate events such as company meetings, trainings, workshops, conferences, and conventions, among others. 190 people can be accommodated in the 270 m2 meeting room, which is fully equipped with sound systems, a projector, WiFi connection, and essential work tools like whiteboards and flip charts. The meeting room is located in the outdoor area which makes this room a bright and open space. These outdoor spaces can be used and privatized for cocktails and coffee breaks during MICE and social events due to their direct access to a garden area.

The Mistral Room provides an ideal setting for more private meetings. With a maximum capacity of 20 people, the theatre composition offers the ideal space for events that require more privacy. For meetings, training, workshops, or as a support room for more numerous events, this new space offers the comfort that companies were looking for.

The Algarb Hotel's new space, which is 79.39 m2, boasts natural light and Wi-Fi, as well as air conditioning, a 55-inch TV screen, and all the necessary equipment for any type of event, including a flipchart, if required.
