The Convention Bureau organises a fam trip for British agencies

 

A group of event organisers from the United Kingdom visited the island between 7 and 10 May on a familiarisation trip organised by the Ibiza Convention Bureau in collaboration with the London branch of the Spanish Tourist Office.

 

 

Over the three days, the participants discovered some of what the island currently offers the MICE segment, such as the Congress Center of Ibiza, 4 and 5 star hotels focused on holding all types of events as well as venues for lunches and gala dinners. A B2B session was also included with companies associated with the Convention Bureau.

 

The programme introduced the participants to the island's charms, such as Dalt Vila, Ibiza's historic old town and the famous Las Dalias hippy market. The British agencies also experienced first-hand some of the many team-building activities available for groups, trying their hands at water sports such as surfing and jet skiing.
