Chef Sergi Arola and the “Aguas de Ibiza” Hotel offer a new style of cuisine

 
The more casual cooking style of international Chef Sergi Arola, holder of two Michelin stars and owner of several restaurants in different places throughout the world, has arrived on the island of Ibiza, via the "Aguas de Ibiza" Hotel, located on the Santa Eulalia promenade.
 
'Vi Cool', Arola's most original concept, has landed in Ibiza after triumphing in Madrid and Hong Kong with fun re-interpretations of traditional tapas. The chef offers simple and casual food from a menu based on re-designed traditional tapas, bursting with flavour and presented with a modern touch.

Sergi Arola is banking on this concept in Ibiza with dishes that, just like the establishment itself, mix Mediterranean, chic, traditional and Avant-garde styles together.
 
The Hotel's terrace is split into different areas: the swimming pool with finishing touches to simulate the seaside, a chill-out space and a reserved area with 36 seats.
